Insured Patients
If you have health insurance, we will bill your insurance company. Any copay or deductible is due at the time of service. Please make sure that we have updated insurance information. You will be sent a bill for any balance that the insurance company did not pay.
Uninsured Patients
If you do not have health insurance, payment is due before tests can be performed. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Other Payment Options With Fees
1. Paypal
This payment method is not free because Paypal charges up to 3.5% transaction fee.
If you still prefer to use this payment method , please select option "Pay Family and Friends" for Paypal to charge you their fee upfront .
If you accidentally choose option "Paying for Goods and Services" , then CHCL would have to send you another bill for Paypal fees of up to 3.5% when CHCL gets charged by Paypal .

Western Union will charge you a small upfront fee to make a payment.

CHCL staff will respond to your email to verify receipt .
3. By Mail
If you do not wish to pay the bill online, you can remit the payment (personal check) by mail.
